Naga Style Spicy Chicken Curry Recipe is a spicy and spicy non-vegetarian delicacy from Nagaland. While rice is an inseparable part of the local diet, chicken curry is one of the rarities made in the homeland of farmed chickens. Eat more naturally and therefore only use local spices that are abundant in daily cooking instead of resorting to rare spices that are exotic to Nagaland. Served together with steamed rice and a spicy sauce like Hmarcha rawt as a simple comfort meal.

500 gms Chicken thighs;
6 Green chillies;
15 Garlic cloves;
2 tsp. Red chilli powder;
Salt as per taste.
How to cook?
Firstly, wash chicken thoroughly.
In a pan roast green chillies and tomatoes. Grind them in fine paste.
In a deep pan on a medium heat add tomato and chilli paste along with chicken. Mix them well.
Cook the chicken till the water from chicken evaporates. Keep stirring occasionally.
Add one cup water and cover the lid. Cook till the chicken becomes soft and tender and water dries up.
Add red chilli powder, add garlic paste. Mix it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes and this dish is ready to serve.
Serve the spicy Naga style chicken curry recipe along with steamed rice and a chutney like Hmarcha Rawt as a side dish for an easy, comforting meal.
