I have seen parents who struggle to feed nutritious food for their kids. From healthy vegetables to milk, kids just run away from them. We have a solution for you. Now kids would enjoy not only enjoy eating healthy food but also get necessary nutrition for their health. The best source of proteins is roti or we call it chapatti. Let's innovate this and make easy homemade roti pizza which kids would enjoy and love to relish.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
3-4 Roti (Chapatti);
3 tbsp. Grated Mozzarella cheese;
2 tbsp. Pasta sauce;
2 tbsp. Cheese spread;
Oregano as required for seasoning;
2 tbsp. finely chopped Capsicum;
1 tbsp. finely chopped Onions;
1 tbsp. chopped Tomato;
1 tbsp. boiled Corn;
Salt as per taste;
2 tbsp. Oil.
How to prepare?
Heat 1 tbsp. Oil in a deep pan or wok.
Add Onions, capsicum, tomato and corn.
Add salt and cook it on a medium flame till vegetables turn slight tender. Turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Take roti in a plate. Spread pasta sauce and cheese spread.
Add cooked vegetables and spread it over cheese and pasta sauce.
Add mozzarella cheese and sprinkle oregano.
Preheat microwave for about 180 degrees and grease dish with oil. Bake it for about 4-5 minutes or till cheese melts.
Remove pizza and let it cook a bit. Serve it to kid.
