This is a fusion and healthy recipe especially for children as they don't really like oats. Some of us use oatmeal powder mixed with wheat to make roti, try making this recipe and I am sure your kids will start loving oats.

1 tsp. chopped Ginger.
How to cook?
Let's first prepare Oats ball. In a mixing bowl add oats.
Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, capsicum, green chilli, carrot, cabbage, salt and black pepper.
Mix it well with hands. Add water gradually if needed. Set it aside for 10 minutes.
Now start making small balls from the mixture and again set it aside for 5 minutes.
Now take a kadai and add oil. Heat it on a medium flame.
When oil heats up add oats ball one by one and fry them on low flame until crispy and golden brown colour.
Remove it and place it on tissue paper or on kitchen towel.
Now, let's make gravy. Ina frying pan add oil and heat it.
Once oil is hot add garlic and fry it for 10 seconds. Later add onion and fry it for 30 seconds. Then add capsicum and fry it for 2-3 minutes.
In a small bowl add soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup. Mix it well.
Add it in frying onion and capsicum. Add little water (depending on the quantity of gravy you need to make).
When the water starts to boil add fried oats ball into gravy and mix it well so the sauce goes into the oats balls well.
Garnish it with spring onions and serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
