One of the most delicious sweet snack recipe Muesli banana fritters can be made in 10 minutes. A pan fried recipe made from ripe bananas, honey and muesli which can served to kids as an after school snack or as a dessert at your family get together or at party with ice cream on a side.

 

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

 

Ingredients:

2 ripe banana, sliced in round and long angles;

1 cup Muesli;

2 tbsp. Coco powder;

1/2 cup Honey;

1/4 tsp. Salt;

Salted butter - as required.

 

How to prepare?

  • To start with, first add muesli, honey, coco powder in a bowl.

  • Slice the banana. Heat grill pan or flat skillet and grease it with butter.

  • Deep the banana in muesli mix and place it on skillet.

  • Cook on medium heat till both the sides turn golden brown and crispy.

  • Once done transfer it on a serving plate and serve it with tender coconut ice cream and drizzle date syrup on top.
