Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 7 minutes
1 tbsp lemon juice;
1/4 cup coriander, finely chopped;
2 tsp Oil;
2 tsp. Garlic, chopped;
2 tsp. Green chillies, chopped;
1/4 Onions, finely chopped;
1/4 cup Cabbage, chopped finely;
1/4 cup Carrots, chopped finely;
3 cups vegetable stock;
Salt as per taste;
2 tsp. Cornflour dissolved in 2 tbsp water.
How to cook?
Heat oil in a deep non stick pan. Add garlic and green chillies and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add cabbage and carrots. Sauté on e medium flame for 1-2 minute.
Add vegetable stock, lemon juice, salt and cornflour water mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Add Coriander and serve it hot.
