Home made Falooda recipe


A rich creamy Indian street food dessert recipe made from milk, rose syrup and dry fruits. The falooda recipe includes preparing the necessary ingredients in advance and serve as needed. In addition, the recipe has a large fan following from children to adults.


Falooda recipe is the simplest and most delicious dessert recipe ever! Composed of simple ingredients, plus the ideal part of this dessert recipe is to pre-cook the ingredients and assemble them as needed, which makes dessert recipes even more convenient for everyone. I have never been disappointed with this recipe, nor have my guests. You can add ice cream or Kulfi flavoured ice cream to make it more interesting.


Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 2 minutes

Serves: 4


Ingredients:

2 tbsp. Sabja seeds/ falooda seeds/ basil seeds;

1 cup Falooda sev;

8 cups milk;

6 tbsp. Sugar;

0.5 cup of Rose syrup or Rooafza;

2 cup strawberry jelly;

4 scopp vanilla ice cream;

4 tbsp. Tutti frutti;

4 tbsp. chopped nuts;

4 cherry.


How to prepare?

  • Add 2 tbsp. Rose syrup or rooafza in a tall glass;

  • Add 2 tbsp of soaked sabja seeds;

  • Then, add 2 tbsp coooked falooda sev.

  • Pour in 1 cup of chilled milk and stir it gently.

  • Drop 2 tbsp. jelly. Make sure you don't spill it.

  • Add a scoop of vanilla oce cream.

  • Top it with tutti frutti and 1 tsp of chopped nuts.

  • Drizzle 1 tbsp of rooh afza and top it up with cherry.

  • Serve it chilled.
