Coconut Delights

With 3 ingredients this delicious delight just melt in your mouth.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 10 minutes

Serves: 15


250 gm desiccated coconut;

200 ml Condensed milk;

10-15 almonds.

How to prepare?

  • In a heavy-bottomed pan, saute 200 gm of the coconut on a low heat for 3-4 minutes.

  • Stir continuously to avoid coconut stick to the pan or getting burnt.

  • Now add condensed milk and keep stirring till you get a sticky consistency. Take off heat and let it cool down.

  • Take 2 tbsp of batter and roll into a ball.

  • Repeat the same process for the entire batter.

  • In a separate bowl add the remaining desiccated coconut. Roll the balls in it till they are well coated.

  • Gently press almond on top of every ball.

  • Place the coconut balls in container and refrigerate for few hours.

  • Serve it chilled or at room temperature.
