
Coconut Delights

With 3 ingredients this delicious delight just melt in your mouth.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Serves: 15
Ingredients:
250 gm desiccated coconut;
200 ml Condensed milk;
10-15 almonds.
How to prepare?
In a heavy-bottomed pan, saute 200 gm of the coconut on a low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Stir continuously to avoid coconut stick to the pan or getting burnt.
Now add condensed milk and keep stirring till you get a sticky consistency. Take off heat and let it cool down.
Take 2 tbsp of batter and roll into a ball.
Repeat the same process for the entire batter.
In a separate bowl add the remaining desiccated coconut. Roll the balls in it till they are well coated.
Gently press almond on top of every ball.
Place the coconut balls in container and refrigerate for few hours.
Serve it chilled or at room temperature.
