The easiest of all dessert takes no time and the whole is greater than few of its parts. You may notice the use of coconut oil in the ingredient. Wondering why? It helps thin the chocolate slightly thus making it easy to dip the Oreos. Secondly, it helps chocolate set at a speedy rate when placed in refrigerator. I have kept it as optional but I would recommend to got for it!
Preparation time: 30 minutes
11/2 cup melted Semi sweet choco chips;
1/4 cup melted white chocolate chips;
2 tsp. Coconut oil, optional.
How to cook?
Place a small baking sheet along with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl add melted semi sweet chocolate and coconut oil if you are using. Dip Oreos in melted chocolate and then place it one by one on parchment lined baking sheet.
Place it in refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
Drizzle white chocolate on to the Oreos using spoon. Place it back to refrigerator for 20 minutes.
