
Chicken in White gravy

Chicken in White gravy is a delicious and flavorful gravy cooked in a yogurt base, topped with white pepper powder. Best served with garlic naan and pickled onions for a complete meal.
Chicken In White Gravy is a simple chicken gravy that you can make for weekly night dinners. Chicken cooked in a simple base of ginger, garlic, onion, diluted with a little yogurt, which not only makes the gravy, but is the souring agent of this delicious chicken dish.
Ingredients:
300 grams Boneless chicken;
1 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt);
2 tbsp Salted Butter;
1 thinly sliced Onion;
3 tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste;
1-1/2 tsp. White pepper powder;
1 tsp. Salt
1 Pods/Seeds of Cardamom (Elaichi);
1 Cinnamon;
Coriander Leaves, for garnishing;
1 Tomato , for garnishing.
How to cook?
To start making the white gravy chicken recipe, first melt the butter in a pressure cooker. Add the onions, cardamom and cinnamon and sauté until the onions are golden brown.
Then add the ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes until the raw smell is gone.
At this point, add the curd and mix well. Then add the chicken pieces, salt and white pepper powder and mix well.
Add 1/3 cup of water and close the lid of the pressure cooker. Cook under pressure for 2 whistles and turn off the gas.
Once the pressure is released, transfer it to a serving bowl.
Serve the chicken in a white gravy with garlic naan and pickled onions for a complete meal.
